Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with their customers to create partnerships where Kami becomes the classroom application of choice, they become a trusted advisor, and we become their most valued supplier.

Your day to day
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key customers that result in increasing educator and student usage as well as revenue growth.
  • Address and resolve key customer complaints.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Kami marketing, customer success, and data departments to ensure that key customer needs are met.
  • Create and present reports on key account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and implement prepare customized solutions.
  • Negotiate license agreements with key customers and manage through customer procurement processes
  • Participate in relevant national, regional, and local events to further serve and grow key customer accounts
  • Identify, propose and participate in relevant customer meetings and events that contribute to customers’ use of Kami
  • Maintain monthly / bimonthly engagement (in-person and/or virtual) with key customers for optimum relationship

  • Experience in education and/or education technology as a teachercoach, principal or assistant principal, or district academic administrator
