Sales Enablement Analyst

Users tell us they love our product. We need a talented, energetic Sales Enablement Analyst to bring our vision for a better way of learning to more teachers, administrators, and their organizations across the US and internationally.

Your day to day
  • Streamlining our sales processes to create a lean approach, save time, reduce costs, and grow revenue
  • Partner with our marketing and product teams to provide the sales team with high-quality sales collateral and content that can be quickly adapted to the needs of our customers and prospects
  • Create and update sales playbooks as new capabilities or products are released
  • Ensure the right sales technology tools are in place for sales teams to manage leads and opportunities, track performance, and automate certain tasks to make their work more efficient
  • Ongoing training and coaching to support sales teams in continuously developing and adapting their skills
  • Manage CRM for the company
  • Process mapping of the CRM based on best practices and sales procedures
  • CRM mapping experience would be desired
  • Demonstrable ability to fully plan, implement and evaluate projects
  • Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions quickly
  • Own the onboarding program for new sales team hires
  • Assist with planning annual SKO and EdTech conference logistics
  • Travel to national and international education conferences (<25%)
what you’ll bring
  • A positive, coachable mindset
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales enablement role, ideally in a K-12 EdTech (or SaaS) environment
  • Experience as a CRM administrator and familiarity with sales enablement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Process mapping skills and logical mindset
  • An innate sense of curiosity
  • A strong work ethic and winning attitude
  • A college degree preferred
