Senior Product Marketing Manager – Remote

We are on the hunt for an experienced Product Marketing leader to own our global product marketing strategy, product-focused content, go-to-market, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and leading a small but mighty team to achieve ambitious goals, you will be an instrumental addition to the marketing leadership team and pivotal to the future success of Kami.

Your day to day
  • Develop, own, and execute Kami’s global product marketing strategy including product-focused content, go-to-market, messaging, positioning, onboarding, and lifecycle communications
  • Lead research on users, non-users, and competitors that can be leveraged across the business, ensuring Kami is competitively positioned both now and into the future
  • Maintain accurate personas that reflect the nuances of the different audiences we serve
  • Own all product-focused content, working closely with channel owners and creative teams to bring it to life
  • Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches and new markets, understanding how to best position our product offering for success
  • Own the onboarding process and seek continuous optimisation
  • Lead the creation and implementation of effective lifecycle programmes that educate and engage our 35 million users
  • Work closely with sales and customer-facing teams on effective enablement initiatives
  • Partner closely with Kami’s talented engineering and data teams to leverage and execute upon insights
  • Be a thought partner to product leads on the development of new features, bringing both qualitative and quantitative customer insights and feedback to the process
  • Manage and mentor a small but mighty product marketing team to achieve our ambitious objectives
what you’ll bring
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in a product marketing focused role
  • Experience working within a high-growth startup, SaaS, app, or technology company
  • Experience managing small teams and enabling their growth
  • Track record of taking new or complex products to market and positioning them for success
  • Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action, comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required
  • A team player. You’ll be part of an extremely collaborative and supportive team committed to your success, and we all work together
  • Intellectually curious and globally minded. We work with all kinds of educators and students from all over the world
  • The ability to prioritise and manage large cross-functional workstreams and effectively communicate those priorities
