Two Voice Poems are written in two columns, intended for two voices to perform.

One column is Voice One and the other is Voice Two, usually alternating lines to indicate taking turns speaking. Sometimes, text is in the same line indicating to speak at the same time.

Poem topics can be opposite concepts or characters. Topics can include opposite vocabulary words or a word that has a certain meaning in a subject area and a different meaning outside of academia.

Ideally, the poem showcases understanding of the topic/concept/vocabulary word while also pointing out similarities and differences in a type of playful banter between the two voices.
