Practice regular gratitude with this Weekly Gratitude template!
Put aside some time on a Friday for students to reflect on the week that's been. Each note represents something they're grateful for that happened that day. Once they're back in class after the weekend, get them to fill out Saturday and Sunday, or assign it as homework!
Alternatively, set aside time at the end of each day to fill in one note at a time
