Business Development Representative (Teacher Success Champion) – Singapore

It’s a remote role, and you’ll be based in Singapore. Ideally proficient in English and Cantonese.

Your day to day
  • Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
  • Excite and inspire relevant use of the product
  • Research prospects, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop community relationships
  • Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive
  • Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections or enlighten possibility by showcasing Kami’s relevant solutions to contextual problems or challenges
  • Become a trusted resource/advisor for educators and administrators
  • Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
  • Travel, locally and internationally, as required, to support and excite our community at events and conferences.

what you’ll bring
  • Minimum two years experience in education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator. Hands-on experience as a Kami user is ideal
  • Experience working in a high-energy environment
  • A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people
  • A consultative approach and ability to influence and direct a conversation
  • The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits
  • A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment
  • The drive to be a self-starter
  • A track record of success and being a valued team player
  • Knowledge of the Singapore education system
  • Ability to learn and use our existing systems which include Google Suite, Pipedrive, Slack, and more
