Head of Digital

We are searching for an experienced digital marketing leader to oversee and transform
Kami’s approach to digital. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a rare opportunity to
shape and drive strategy with immediate impact at a significant scale in the US market and
beyond.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of all digital channels (paid and
owned) and be highly analytical to drive a step-change in Kami’s digital performance and
effectiveness. You will be well-supported by a talented team of content experts eager to lean
into a media-led approach.

Your day to day
  • Develop and own Kami’s digital marketing strategy, responsible for the performance of all digital channels, both paid and owned
  • Work in lockstep with the broader marketing team, especially content leaders and producers, to inform their work based on data-driven insights, best practices, and emerging opportunities across all digital channels, including paid advertising, website, email, social, video, SEO, and more
  • Establish a media-led approach to our marketing campaigns, clearly defining and communicating strategy and requirements to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage the relationship with our media agency, ensuring that our paid advertising objectives are met or exceeded
  • As a master of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools, you will ensure all marketing activities are data-led, accurately tracked, and seek continual optimisation
  • Bring an innovative digital growth hacking perspective to the table, challenging the team with new and disruptive thinking to scale our digital presence and effectiveness
  • Partner with the Growth team to assist in international go-to-market strategies 
what you’ll bring
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in a digital-centric role
  • Expert with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other analytic and testing platforms
  • Proven track record of running campaigns and delivering increased performance across paid and non-paid digital channels, including major ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc), website, email, social, video, SEO, and more
  • A highly analytical mindset that strives for continuous improvement
