Users tell us they love our product and we need a talented, energetic Sales Development Representative to bring our vision for a better way of learning to more teachers, administrators, and their organizations across the US and internationally.

As it’s a remote role, persistence, resilience, and self-discipline are a requirement for success in this role but you must be based in teh US and eligible to work in this location. At Kami, successful SDRs find quick advancement.

Your day to day
  • Focus on outbound selling, working with an experimental mindset & constantly be refining our workflow.
  • Work hand-in-hand with an AE to build out & execute on a territory plan.
  • Strategize with Sales Development leadership to refine outbound sales process.
  • Become a Kami expert and confident with education technology language.
  • Learn to demo and build sales skills to work towards promotions.
  • Onboard, train, and coach new SDRs as the team grows.
  • Play a major role in defining what it means to be a SDR at Kami. Have an opportunity to join a department early on, offering a great opportunity for career growth.
  • You’ll be placed on an intentionally planned out promotion track, ensuring consistent opportunities for development & skill set growth. Our goal is to make the SDR position a leaping pad for internal promotions.
