By entering the competition, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. 

Entrants must be educators over the age of 18 and can only enter once by filling out the form on kamiapp.com/giveaway. Kami employees are not eligible to enter.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on May 31, 2023. Multiple worldwide winners will be selected at random by Kami from May 1, and the winner(s) will be notified on or after this date. 

The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner(s) must be provided to Kami if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the prize. Kami has the right to pick another winner(s) within 48 hours of no response from the winner(s).

By participating in this giveaway, all entrants acknowledge and consent to the disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of prize fulfilment to third-party partners, in order to fulfil prize awards. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of user information, and we will not share personal information with any third-party partners unless necessary for the fulfilment of prizes.

Winners will be selected in a hand-selected drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Kami or its representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The total prize pool for the Giveaway is $10,000. All prizes will be selected up to a total of $10,000 including shipping costs.

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree to receive electronic communications, including but not limited to email correspondence, from Kami.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on social media profiles of Kami after the winner(s) has been selected.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Kami reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

Kami will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Kami takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Kami’s reasonable control, Kami reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

Kami’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
