The Kami and Logitech Promotion — Official Terms and Conditions

The Kami and Logitech Promotion (“Promotion”) is a co-branded giveaway activation taking place at ISTELive 2026. The Promotion is independently operated by Kami and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ISTE.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING AWARDED THE GRANT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR INSTITUTIONAL POLICY. THE ODDS OF BEING SELECTED FOR THE GRANT DEPEND ENTIRELY ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are:
  • Age 18 or older at the time of entry
  • Currently employed as an educator at an accredited K–12 institution
Employees of Kami, Logitech, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not eligible to enter.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on Monday June 29, 2026 and ends 1 pm (EDT) Wednesday July 1, 2026. Entries submitted outside of the designated Promotion Period are void.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the ISTELive 2026 event dates:
  • Collect a Kami Report Card. Report Cards are available at Kami Booth #1909, the Kami Session Room #W102A, and Logitech Booth #1216.
  • Complete Milestone 1 — The Deep Dive. Attend any live session hosted in the Kami Session Room #W102A and receive a verified participation stamp on your Kami Report Card.
  • Complete Milestone 2 — Practical Application. Visit Kami Booth #1909 and either attend a scheduled booth session or participate in a one-on-one product demonstration. Receive a second verified stamp on your Kami Report Card.
  • Submit your completed Kami Report Card. Once both stamps are collected, deliver your completed Kami Report Card to the designated entry box at Logitech Booth #1216.
Entries submitted without two valid verification stamps will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person.
4. PRIZE STRUCTURE & COMPLIANCE SAFEGUARDS
One winner will receive the Logitech Content Creation Prize Package, which includes:
  • Logitech Yeticaster GX
  • Logitech Mevo Start 3-Pack
  • Logitech Litra Beam Streaming Light
  • Logitech Reach
Approximate retail value: $1,860 USD. The prize is intended for institutional educational use. No cash equivalent or prize substitution is available, except at Kami’s sole discretion or as required by law. Logitech reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed item becomes unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND HARD FORFEITURE DEADLINES
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the Promotion. The draw will be conducted by Kami.
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within five business days of initial contact, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to provide proof of institutional affiliation and complete any required compliance documentation before the prize is awarded.
6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
The prize will be shipped by Logitech directly to the educational institution of the winning individual. Kami is responsible for winner selection and notification. Logitech is responsible for prize fulfillment. Neither party is responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

7. DATA CAPTURE, MARKETING CONSENT, AND DATA PRIVACY
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Kami and Logitech for purposes of administering this Promotion. Where participants have provided marketing consent, their information may also be used for follow-up communications from either party. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Kami reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in bad faith.
  • Kami reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable laws.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Kami’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, which are final and binding.
  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
9. SPONSOR
